General Questions

What is the status of my order?

A confirmation email will be sent to you after a successful purchase along with order details and other order information

Once order is shipped, an email will be sent to confirm expected delivery date as well as order tracking via local courier when available.

Additionally, you can also check on your order status from the "order history" section on your account page if you've registered an account on the site.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to locations within Metro Manila.

How long does it take to deliver my orders?

Cut off for orders will be on Mondays at 10:00AM and will be processed for delivery within 24-48 hours

The normal estimated delivery lead time is 2-3 days for Metro Manila. Note that these lead times should be counted starting only on the day the order is picked up by the courier and not on the day the order is placed, which would be at least a day prior.

However, during this period of Community Quarantine that's currently being implemented, please expect possible delays to happen and for the estimated delivery lead times to potentially be longer and this is particularly so in some places where the MECQ enforcement is heightened.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from all major credit cards via Paypal and Paymaya.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support payments in Philippine Peso (PHP).

If your credit card or debit cards use a different currency, prices will be converted to PHP on the gateway you've chosen for payments

What if I'm not Home?

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your availability.

Courier will usually get in touch with the you on the day of delivery. You can also choose to have the product received by a representative in the case you aren't home.
